Refund policy
Our goal is to make the return process as hassle-free for you as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, then please contact our customer support team to allow us to work with you to remedy the situation.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, unless there was an error on your order due to our mistake.
Returns are only allowed within 30 days of delivery.

If replying by email, please provide your name, company name, contact information, part number and brief description of the issue.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. We only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain an RMA number.
Items not eligible for refund:
- Any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to post.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sensors@neurotronics.com or call our customer support team at 888-308-2003.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if there was an error on your order due to our mistake, we will pay the return postage costs.

The RMA number should be clearly marked on the shipping label. Items received without an RMA number may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
